The National Academy of Construction’s (NAAC) Advanced Skills Training Institute in Bommaru, in collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), is conducting a “Training of Trainers” (TOT) program for vocational education instructors, according to NAAC Assistant Director Junnuru Raju.
On Monday, the third day of the training program was held at the NAAC office. The Assistant Director explained that this initiative, launched under the guidance of NAAC, aims to provide training to instructors who will, in turn, educate students. A total of 50 vocational education trainers from various districts participated in the program.
The training is focused on the role of “Field Technician – Other Home Appliances” under the Electronics Sector Skill Council, and will continue for 12 days. The classes are being conducted by master trainers C.H. Gangadas and A. Karthikeswarayya. Upon completion, participants will receive skill certification. Also present at the event were GCDO Esther Rani, training coordinator Syed Ahmed, and supervisory officers.
