Rajahmundry City MLA Adireddy Vasu announced that under the NTR Pension Bharoasa scheme, beneficiaries received their pensions a day early this month. Despite continuous rain, NDA coalition leaders and officials began distributing pensions from the early hours, ensuring delivery directly to the homes of eligible recipients.Speaking at the NTR Pension Bharoasa event in Prakash Nagar, Adireddy Vasu emphasized the government’s commitment to delivering pensions on the first day of each month, as promised by the state government. Due to September 1st falling on a Sunday, pensions for August were distributed on August 31st.He also highlighted the NDA government’s efforts to fulfill its promises in a phased manner, including the distribution of increased pensions and the reintroduction of pensions that were previously canceled.
Furthermore, initiatives such as the opening of Anna Canteens and skill development programs for youth are being implemented to create employment opportunities.Local leaders, officials, and others participated in the event.
