District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO), Dr. K. Venkateswara Rao, conducted inspections of several medical camps in the district on Sunday. The camps visited included those in Narendra Puram (under PHC Dosakayalapalli), Housing Board (Palacharla), and Korukonda (under PHC Korukonda).During his visits, Dr. Venkateswara Rao reviewed the functioning of the camps and issued key directives to the medical officers and paramedical staff. He emphasized the importance of proactive measures, instructing paramedical teams to conduct door-to-door visits prior to the camps to ensure patient attendance. He also stressed the need for prompt treatment of all seasonal cases and the dissemination of health education to the public.
Dr. Venkateswara Rao urged the staff to raise awareness about the significance of drinking safe water, consuming hot food, and other preventive measures to help control the spread of seasonal diseases in the region.
